Mine too :( I know that her father was an abusive drunk and that the girls always made sure not to be alone with him. I don't even want to know. I have no idea how she turned into such a strong and upbeat person with the amount of shit she had to deal with. She always had wise words for us.

Yep. I can't imagine coffee + butter/fat of some kind going over all that well.

I actually failed one of my first year undergrad exams! At least I didn't meet my husband when exams actually became important....

I think I heard that they just play the first stanza of anthems by default, but the Latin Americans just carry on with the rest and they just let it go (what are you going to do?). The effect is pretty cool though!

I'm always unjustifiably happy when that's the case!

I have a Garmin one and it's pretty good. I do have a large chest, so wearing under the boobs doesn't really work. It just doesn't record anything and makes it look like I occasionally don't have a heart rate... So I just tend to put it on over the boobs, but under the straps so everything stays in place and gets

I get fits of giggles. Like "kill me now HAHAHAHAHA". I have no idea what it's about. It just seems to happen at around minute 45 of a hard workout.

You poor, poor child. I really hope you're joking because those are pretty much the worst games you could hope to watch.

I always pray for doors I can just push open with my foot on my way out, but if it doesn't happen I will totally use a paper towel or failing that attempt to open the door with my elbow or another body part that isn't likely to have much contact with anything else.

Duh! Thanks for doing my thinking for me! I guess I'm just a bit over the Danaerys plot, Dorne and the Iron Islands, so I'm just blocking things out. I really just want the next goddamn book so I can find out what happens to the storylines I actually care about (the goings on at the Vale, at the wall and beyond,

I honestly haven't been watching the show that much, but do read all the write ups and I think I'd probably be right there with your fiance rolling my eyes and shouting at the TV. The North and Bran storylines are so good in the books (ok, maybe not the walking bits, but the mythology around the Children etc), I

All I want for Christmas is youuuuuuuuuuuuu! So cute. Shame about the dying :(

I think that's the problem right now. There's a bunch of cliffhangers in the books that are waiting to be resolved. It's been a while since I've read the books (summer project!), but I'm kind of wondering what kind of big plot twists are going to come up next season. There are a couple big moments that I can see

It has a bit more depths in the books and it seems like it could be leading up to something pretty cool. I guess the problem is just that the show doesn't give enough exposition time to really explain what's going on there, so the whole thing seems a bit pointless.

Actually, I can think of a couple big bangs, but I guess the emotion factor needs to be higher to still get that rush! I guess we're leading up to parts of the books that I don't enjoy that much, which is why I'm a bit disappointed.

So I haven't actually seen this last season because I live abroad and am too honest a citizen to download (so lame...) although I've read all the books. But I have read the writeups and I'm just kind of wondering where they're going. In the books, the Tyrion/Tywin scene is super intense and it seems to have lost

I could watch his stupid, long-necked, pretty boy cry face all day long. SUCK IT, RONALDO!

And I'm ok with that!

We were banking on a red card here, but not before half time! Pepe you dumb about covers it.

They are the worst. We had the bright idea of going camping on the West coast and the time spent pitching the tent was by far the worst. Afterwards, we could set something up to smoke and keep them away, but those few minutes spent with no protection were the worst. We were told by locals that bog myrtle helps to
