I think that's the problem right here. There are all kinds of people everywhere! Some classier than others, some smarter than others, but by and large, the mix is the same. Come to the part of France I live next to, and you'll see it's not all couture and elegance!

I get ya. I'm one of those people who washes everything that went in my suitcase, regardless of whether it was worn or not. I also wipe down all wipeable surfaces when I get to my seat. I don't give a rat's ass if people look at me funny. I know people are gross and it gives me peace of mind.

Yep, wipes for the win! I'm also not above just slapping down some of the sanitizer gel and rubbing it around the arm-rests/table anything else with a kleenex or something. Worst case, I use those hot towels they still hand out on some flights. It's probably better than nothing.

I already replied this on the Gawker post, but I'm really shocked at the number of people who don't see what the problem is here and are giving him a pass. I don't know whether it's because I'm in Europe and we're often confronted with the horrors of our own history, but I find it absolutely shocking.

I remember it too! Lots of Laura Ashley type prints. It looked looked so unpretentious and like she really just had it the way she wanted rather than having some designer buy a bunch of stuff for her.

Yep! Mine can best be described as large pinecones flapping in the wind. Doing pec exercises etc doesn't help. Then they just look like pine ones strapped to pecs. Yay genes...
