To be fair that's what Klaus wants to do, but Violet doesn't want to leave without clearing their parents name.

Also, This episode is by far the best one imo for two reasons that happened simultaneously.
The first is the parents not being alive because not having read the books I was disappointing by even the possibility they were alive even if they were to die afterwards or not get a happy ending. It's a very good plot-twist

When is the final review up, then?

At those points I just remind myself that this is supposed to become darker and interesting-er down the road so I just sit back and enjoy an amusing ride till we get there.

Episode 7 was my favourite but this is definitely the episode I found the most amusing. I wish we could've seen the moment Monty realises it's Olaf, though.

After seeing the last one my thoughts: "oh, this will not end well…. XD"

But the whole metaphor was just too good to pass up. I loved the look of horror on Jack when Hannibal says "Jack was the first to suggest getting inside your head" while taking out whatever that is.
"Now we have the opportunity to chew quite literally what we've only chewed figuratively" had me chuckling.

But then it would've seemed like a telenovela cliffhanger. You would've waited a whole week for the hype to be deflated in two minutes. And otherwise actual time would've been waisted in the abduction. No, I myself much prefer it this way.

English? Are you serious?

Same. That was one of the reasons it felt so satisfying, really.

Everything involving style is just top class in this show. And it doesn't hurt that everything else is great as well.

Hannibal found out Will betrayed him after he smelled supposedly-dead-Freddy on him. And THEN he even gave Will hints that he knew so that he would confess and be forgiven. But he didn't. That's why the Red Dinner happened. But Hannibal absolutely wanted to go with him.

How do you know?

The crowing moment of the episode was definitely this, to me:

I wonder about that, too. And that seems to be more than just that he's interested. Maybe he finds that he can connect to Will in some way and thinks of Will as he's equal.

"Maybe she knew just how to push her."
Oh lol I laughted way to much at that. XD

I don't think he is really very interested in Bedelia, it's clear to me he just enjoys manipulating and breaking people, and even the oyster-feeding points to "as soon as you get boring you'll at least make a good meal." Also, she serves as a way to distract him for Will I guess, much like Gideon in the flashbacks.
The

Yeah I mean.. And then there was the other one, I think in The End Of Time or maybe Donna had one, not sure. But the second one was worse than Rose's.

I kind of agree that the Doctor's meddling was not actually necessary in the situation, but, although it takes away some of the couple's agency, I like the framing of it in the episode enough to give it a pass.

"I was quoting you at that point" - No really, you weren't. Look, it's the first post I replied to, you were quoting Snugglesaurus Rex.
