Where do you live? I love quail eggs. I find it almost impossible to find fresh ones around here. The Scottish quail eggs are the very best, try them for a picnic item. You do not have to fry them they work in the oven. Make sure the sausage is well sealed and cook only long enough to cook the sausage.
