Correction: If you hold the Option key in General and choose “Show All Resolutions,” you can choose and use 1680x1050.

Hi, this is Rob from Many Tricks, Resolutionator’s developer. I don’t have a Retina MacBook, but a friend does, so I had him test. You can’t do 1680x1050; if you enable non-retina, though, you can use 2048x1280 or 2304x1440 (or even a ridiculous 2560x1600, which I expect would be unreadable).
