Annnnd our Durango is still fine. Told the wife not to accept any update, just in case.

Except a TON of car functions now flow through the uconnect screen. Everything from hvac controls, heated seats, car features (lights etc), and obviously nav, radio.

This is the tactic from Stargate SG1. Occupy the gate system so nobody else can connect to the gate.

The Elk died, that makes this a tie. 1-1

so the top end is what 60mph?

I have a lot of stickers on my truck... does that count?

Majestic.

I tried to picture my RR if Sonny Crockett was my design lead.

The Orvis edition. Because let’s never forget that Jeep did this:

...Dave & Busters?

My current project is to turn my lovely little smart fortwo into the ultimate battle car. I’ve cobbled together a truly one-of-a-kind lift kit (using factory parts, at that!) and have been testing its towing capabilities and developing a sort of “unofficial towing capacity”. By my testing, that’s 1,400 lb btw.

I love how at quick glance it doesn’t appear anywhere near as janky as you make it sound. Very badass.

I turbo’d a Miata. I’m sure that doesn’t sound like much, but stay with me. My ‘91 1.6 literwas in a sad state. I had slid it into a curb at totally sane and proper speeds I swear and bumped into a pole. After replacing the door and some suspension the car was sound again, but a persistant misfire and the now-uglified

There is a lot more to a part than just its shape and dimensions.

“startup money” “3-D files for every old car part ever”

As frustrating as those answers might be for you...they aren’t wrong.

THIS GUY, knows exactly how they make money!

I thought the same thing, but then I realized that by 3D printing it, they can justify selling it to you for $1,700 bucks at the Porsche parts counter.

Why would they 3D print this? This doesn’t need any special tooling. It would be easier, cheaper, and better to make it using conventional means.

It doesn’t matter what would actually stimulate the economy, because the tax cut was never about stimulating the economy. It was about making the donors happy, and any notion of stimulating the economy is 100% pure marketing.
