2nd Gear: I’m guessing the reason why this case got tossed is the same reason why you can’t typically sue an ICE automaker if you get worse fuel economy than advertised. The only time an automaker can get sued is if it’s found that numbers were deliberately falsified for EPA/government-mandated efficiency tests.

I think it’s a NP for what it is... but the purchase price is merely the price of admission. Expect to spend at least a few grand every year keeping it in good condition if you plan on actually using it.
