Actually, if they were IN LA or some other part of California when this was recorded, it was ILLEGAL. You can’t, I’m pretty sure, record someone without his or her consent. An appellate court rules this applied to cell phone recordings. Dun dun DUNNNNN!!!

So, presumably most people would agree that the truly unfortunate outcome of this story is to apparently vindicate Byron Scott’s repeated pronouncements of Russell’s immaturity?
