YOLO, bro...

You're welcome.

I very much want to drive a Ferrari (or 20), but I'm not sure if I'd ever want to actually own one. But my guess is that a 458 would never be boring to drive, even if you daily-ed it for a decade.

Take a deep breath. :)

Ha! Just make sure you aren't mortgaging your future to make it happen.

This is classic. It's almost unbelievable.

Oh goodness yes....more gated shifters for the masses.

Yes, yes you need that. You can import them too since they're plenty old enough. I feel like this would be a good idea.

I'm looking a car this weekend with SMG, it's been a while since I've driven one. I hope to get it for a song, enjoy the SMG for a bit until it dies then convert to third pedal. There's always a chance for salvation on the E46 ;)

"hey guys I lost my left leg. but now i'm famous as fuck on the internet"

"so good it's boring" - that's exactly what I was worried about with that transmission. Amazing technology, a fun toy to play with for a while, but before long, you just get bored with it and leave it in auto. The manual forces you to drive the car, even if you're feeling lazy. For enthusiasts, involvement is where

That is crazy. Keep them for 30 years AND put lots of money in your 401k.

The SMG E46s definitely take a hard hit compared with the manuals, but that's in part because it's problematic. The DCT is better in every way, but it's also a very complex part that would be very expensive to fix/replace. I think that's why manual transmissions tend to do better in the higher mileage marketplace.

Sacrifice two Priuses and call us in the morning.

What Brian said. Are you up early, or up late?

why are you up so early?!

I also have an Estoril Blue 328 DD. Blue is a hard color to find, but since BMW lets you order the car as you'd like, it makes it so much easier.

You are forgiven....I may not be. I'm selling my Manuél E90M....only to search for a slicktop non i-Drive version.

Username checks out :)
