This reminds me - the only Ferraris I've ever seen broken down on the side of the road were an F355 (in the middle of nowhere, so that driver was going to have an expensive tow) and a 458.

It is beautiful. And one of the best sounding cars ever made! The price range is low, but not SMG M3 low ;) All this is making me want a Mondial 3.2. Reliable and cheap. Jesus! That sucks that every single car has the valve guide issue. Given that and the header failure issue I'm surprised that the F355 isn't cheaper than it is. They should be priced like high-mileage SMG E46 M3s

I had read about the belt service. Seems par for the course for belt driven Ferraris. Have you heard about common issues that require repairs? That was what scared Doug off.

I wonder if Ford will sell the new flat plane V8 on its own or if you have to buy the GT350 to get it. It would be perfect to place in a Ferrari. It's the most Ferrari-like Murican motor you can get!
