I assume the "Live & Loud" concert is the one that aired on MTV back in the day. That was a great show. Kurt was really into it which was fun. All of their live stuff once they added Pat Smear to anchor the guitar playing is just incredible. Probably my favorite versions of Scentless Apprentice and Breed.
