That's a pretty standard msrp for most high-quality board games with lots of pieces and high replay-ability.
Honestly you will get so much more mileage out of a 60$ board game than most 60$ video games. Plus better stories to tell with friends!

I've been more interested lately into trying out card and board games, just because they're easier to convince non-gamer friends to try out. Maybe it's the longer history and turn-based nature without a gamepad/mouse.
