What a boring comment that doesn’t realize that these are for an engine which is demonstrating capabilities and workflows; and also thinks that games can’t have new rendering technologies AND have interesting visual looks. Apparently Stray, Ratchet and Clank, It Takes Two, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, GoW: Ragnarok, and A…
“Paul, who’s been on something of a redemption arc these last few years following the “suicide forest” fiasco in December 2017"
What possible sequence of events could have occurred for you to put forward the suggestion that Paul has been on ‘a redemption arc’ beyond the bare minimum of not going back to a suicide…
I guess I’m kind of blown away by people seeing almost entirely a collection of last-gen games as a win. I currently have both Gamepass and PS+ (the middle one), and while PS+ has been “worth it” for Stray and Demon’s Souls Remastered, I don’t really know what I’ll play after that. That’s not entirely true, I would…
lol throw your phone into the ocean if you’re big mad about China, bucko
Oh shush, Epic are fine and have one of the best game engines in the business.
Of all the responses here, I think this hits closest to the mark for me.
I don’t like the way From does things, because the explanation is always things like “They want players to figure it out” or whatever, but that isn’t what happens.
I kind of like it because it encourages community driven testing and discoveries which results in an actual community forming around the game.
Maybe they should climb a watch tower and scan the horizon for potential buyers to pop up on their map.
it’s improved a lot since then (mainly the way you get the PS5 versions got streamlined in the PS store so that it wasn’t a mind-numbing chore.)
If I have the disc version do I have to keep the PS4 install on there like FF7? I was so deflated when I got the PS5 upgrade downloaded and then deleted the PS4 data. It automatically deleted the PS5 FF7 data as well. UGH.
100% agree.
I would question why a weather report needs to be done in the street though. Even if drivers should notice you it seems like setting yourself up for failure.
“This will not benefit consumers.”
And I thought I was really good years ago when it had an 11 game elimination win streak on Lost Planet. I see now was just mediocre at best.
Way back when Halo 2 first came out, I was in the Navy, and there was a guy on the ship who spent every bit of his free time playing it. Myself and various other people would occasionally challenge him, always 3 against 1. We beat him ONE time. I am in awe of what some of these Halo players can do.
Nothing has ever come close to Dragon’s Dogma in open world gameplay, ever. And from everything Ive seen this is just Dark Souls, unless I’m missing something. And I hated the souls series.
Okay, now write this same article about Sony releasing Horizon, God of War, Last of Us, and the many other exclusives.
