Dubs are useless. You can’t appreciate the acting of the actual actors using a dub. You obviously need a very good translator for the subtitles but they aren’t also required to act which makes the original sound plus quality text translation the superior format.

I dont think the author is correct, this is a common Windows 10 scaling issue. If you set your scaling to 100%, and your desktop resolution is set to 4K, you get 4K as an option
