@Shancan: Thanks for saying something. I'm bothered by the drunk shots too. This woman may not have even known they existed and now they've been spread to a wider audience.

This is why I wish terms like "African American" or "Latin American" weren't the PC versions. We're all Americans, and most of us were born in this country. People should be able to self identify with other cultures, but it shouldn't be forced on them.

@Queenjulie: You see, once you have sex on film - even in R-rated softcore - you cease to have an actual identity. The camera captures it.

Now playing

"Weir is a three time national champion, but who cares when you're fabulous?"

@huls: Both of them wanted private rooms, as did a female skater who happened to be Lysacek's ex. The ex and Johnny ended up staying together since only one private was available.

Huh, I hope one of the new Levi's cut is like the old Levi's curvy cut that I've been wearing. Those were the only jeans that fit me.

@rinchik: I was just trying on pants. The few dresses I tried did fit awkward - big on the boobs and small in the hips.

@Moretta: See, I'm still friends with most of my exes. I don't want to slash-and-burn because they're still in my life, it just isn't romantic anymore.

I think #6 looks genuine.

"And your point would be?"

. . . I don't get it.

"Which is actually really depressing. Seeing Fakih's picture next to the article, it's impossible to forget that this is what we're supposed to be doing, this is what we're pressured into doing every day we pick up a magazine, or every time we turn on the television. "

@willyolio: No. I read reviews and stuff, but . . . they're all so expensive, and it seems like everyone likes something different. I don't have much money so I don't want to drop $100 and discover that the toy I bought doesn't work for me and I have to get another one.

#1 and #5 are the only ones in which I can actually see the *clothes*. Even then, the clothes blend into the texture/color of the background. Not only is this tasteless, they aren't selling very effectively.

I think my legal problem with this is that it should be illegal for someone to take pics of your kids having fun in their own backyard.

@Farren_Randolph: Yeah, I wish that point had been made clear in the above article. A lemonade stand in front of your house is completely different from setting up in a place of commerce.

Dillard's has a good petites section.

@peashelle likes a buttermint: As someone who has had the stylist give me a cut I didn't want, I understand the commercial. Hair is personal and you feel upset when someone changes your appearance in a way you don't want. You feel ugly even if it looks good.

@Lady formerly of the Bananas: As doit2Julia pointed out in amendment of Kivrin, there is a confidential registry of everyone who has tested positive for an STD, including the other fatal ones as well as non-fatal ones.
