So there were no Teen Titan Go! fans at IO9 who could have gone and reviewed the movie in comparison to the show?

I love the show and I’m excited to see the movie this Friday especially if it’s like the show. The best part is the fact that the writers are super aware of all the poor decisions made by WB exec and still roll with it.

And the best part is the WB execs appeared to watch that, said “Yes, but darker!  With people saying ‘fuck’ as well!” and lo, Titans was born.

This needs more stars.  Except...  Kent hated popcorn.  Braces, you know.

I would catch the show every now and then and thought it was pretty fun. I always thought the hate was unwarranted.

As someone who, like you Germain, has never watched the TV show in any of its incarnations, I saw the trailer for this the other day when I went to see Incredibles 2, and my first thought was “well, that looks a hundred time more fun and entertaining than anything WB’s been putting up in the DCEU so far”.

Sounds a lot like the TV show itself.

Never has an insurance commercial reference caused me such giggles.

Having dealt with insurance companies extensively I know for an absolute fact they didn’t cover any of the situations highlighted in their commercials and it makes me disproportionately angry when I see them.

Exactly, and just how are they supposed to do anything of substance, policy-wise while they hold no power in government at all? I get being pissed at the Dems for certain perceived wrongdoings, but this is not the time to take it out on them by not voting, or voting 3rd party. That’s how we got Trump.
