and Patrick Stewart

Its not an either/or thing. Both are on the same service. Both are fun as hell.

4. Almond Joy (yes, it’s a real candy bar but coconut and nuts? For kids?)“

Came here for that.

Yes! I came here to say the same thing. It also has one of the best character actor supporting casts ever, topped only by Tombstone.

Funny thing is I have one in my condo complex in North Jersey and I am less than 3 miles from an H-Mart, Mitsua, Kam Man Market and Korean & Chinese enclaves (Fort Lee and Cliffside Park).

Many Chinese places don’t have bars.

I just find it amusing that in City of Death, Count and Countess Scarlioni are the sole evidence of aliens “getting down” with humans in all of Classic Doctor Who.

I stand happily corrected. At least her experiences with method actors  Pacino and DeNiro came out better than those with Dustin Hoffman on Kramer vs. Kramer. Hoffman was by some accounts a gropey jerk on set.

In all fairness I don’t think Meryl ever co-starred with Pacino. DeNiro is far more prolific.

...and Maya of Space 1999

Basically its “Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law” with a more competent lawyer in the lead and less sociopathic support staff.

The Mr. Immortal plot definitely gives me a live action “The Tick” (either series) vibes with its problems for superpowered people.

So would he.

We have a return of The Belugas!

Who moonlights as the General Manager of an AM music station in Cincinnati.

A TV director has no real authority on the set. Many times they are not regular members of the crew. There is only so much shenanigans one of them can do.

I live in the NY Metro area and always found it funny when Netflix used the Bronx Civil Courthouse (up the street from Yankee Stadium) for any courtroom scenes. Daredevil and Punisher used them extensively.

After zombies, witches, curses, a multiverse, and other loopy twists, Riverdale will conclude with its upcoming seventh season.

I know. I just mentioned Trader Joe’s as a sign of visibility to those generally unfamiliar with Korean food. Like
