I can see Lois ripping into Jimmy for dating and dumping her sister.
I can see Bowie as a super villain. Especially from his Thin White Duke phase and from the 80's. He even played the bad guy in Absolute Beginners.
They sorta did for TV on the short lived show Underground. But Tubman was a side character.
Damn I wish Underground got a third season.
As the headhunters say, soup is good people.
In all fairness that was hands down the scariest episode of the entire X-Files series. Still gives me the willies!
My wife and I watch that show every Sunday on TV-Japan. She is slightly older than Sakura-San. Extra sads.

I am an idiot with a hazy memory. I mistook a 1994 series based on Robert Heinlein’s Red Planet for the KSR series
futurewarstories.blogspot.com has been combing through every existing adaption of The Forever War out there.
The Robot stories (Olivaw/Bailey) work so much better for broadcasting. They are structurally mysteries and relatively short to accommodate inevitable padding such productions do.
At least there was a cartoon version of that series put to screen.
