I think they covered it when they did Michael Ironside.
Am I the only one who finds it coincidental/karmic convergence that at least three actors in Extreme Prejudice would work together on Justice League International playing iconic baddies?
With the greatest ending to the “lets sacrifice the virgin to the evil eldritch being from beyond” trope.
Excuse me for a moment....CLANCY BROWN!!! WOOO-HOOO!!!
The show seems to be doing serialization like Scooby Doo does forensic law enforcement.
Oleg is practically showing Tatiana a picture of his boat. “Live 4 Ever”.
She out ran everyone’s “dead pool” by a country mile. Not even a post defection suicide.
She sported a goddamn Browning Automatic Rifle for “just in case” on the island! That is some major personal artillery. Must be big lizards there.
The show was ways in a mish mashed reality to begin with. With elements of 1960's and 80's thrown in for the sake of “cool”. So if they want to do Tales of The Golden Monkey, why not? It’s the cast and banter which makes the show.
That makes the post shower scene a whole lot clearer and far more squickier.
A neat twist on the time loop story. Like Legends of Tomorrow’s “Hedgehog Day” only tonally entirely different, dark, and adult. OK nothing like LOT. :)
Pam Poovey really improved her lot when she left ISIS/Figgis Detective Agency to work for the DEO.
Time to break out the Milli Vanilli:
A man whose only regret in The Framework was not being awesome enough! He was a simple man with a simple dream. Emotional complexity was dangerous there.
Shotgun Mjölnir!
The trick was the unusual focus on the relationship with Micro and the group therapy scenes. It grounded the show in a way the late 80's/early 90's gritty approach of the original material could not.
The last season of AoS is one of the all time great superhero TV seasons, period. So its a tough bar for most shows to clear. Though the CW Crisis on Earth X crossover comes close.
That would be awesome on so many levels. Ms. Marvel is one of those great “all ages” characters. Plus as someone who lives near Jersey City I love to see the shout out to the nabe
I would be happy for this in comic book form if it is the only available way. I am not greedy.
