There is a planet - for real - that has an animal species, grunting and filthy, most often walking on all fours, that looks just like humans. They even act like humans, right down to engaging in wars for territory, not to mention atrocities like mutilation and rape. Yet, despite being sometimes horrifically violent,

I think the Judoon are hard to write for, and while they look good, they are about as animated as the Cybermen or the Slitheen, plus the language, while fun, gets tired after a while... chan please stop thou

Pedant here.

Meanwhile, it would have been silly for Westeros to become a democracy, but it also seems strangely tame for all of these wars to result in an Antonine system of adoptive monarchy.

Turns out there’s nothing West of Westeros and Arya Stark is just going to circumnavigate the globe and just ends up at the East of Essos

All those poor people who named their kids Daenerys or Khaleesi.

This. I’m closer to 50 than 40, and I’m in the best shape of my life. I changed careers a few years ago and now have my dream job. I have a great family.

The Color of Money?

This. I was waiting for his reaction shot. I assume that will come up in a scene between them next week.

I can’t believe I’m asking this, but . . . just how stupid is Euron? I mean, IF Cersei is really pregnant, then she’s pulling the same trick on Euron that she did on Robert Baratheon.

Shouldn’t Euron be worrying how it is that Tyrion knows that Cersei is pregnant? It seems as if he only just found out.

Back again for another round of random GoT thoughts! I had to skip out last week due to a) having 6pm tickets to see Avengers: Endgame and b) the almost immediate realization that I needed to be 100% present for the battle at Winterfell. Also, temporarily looking at my laptop screen, even at the lowest

I didn’t think I’d be saying this when the show first started, but I would be very disappointed if they did not renew it.

The show is dark and full of errors? Ehh????

I think that you’re overestimating the white walkers narrative impact. The thing that I most enjoy about game of thrones isn’t the zombies with ill defined motives, but the politics and backstabbing, and house infighting that makes it a game of thrones. I was overjoyed that it only lasted one episode! Now we can get

I... Don’t know how I feel about it. A great episode, without question, but something feels hollow about it. Of all the theories and mystery about the Whites and the Night King, we’re meant to believe just boils down to movie monsters and they want to mindlessly kill everyone because... good and evil..? I mean, OK,

He didn’t say anything about plot holes though? I was also a little disappointed that the threat we’ve been building up for 8 years was resolved in one episode instead of closing out the series.  I'm not saying it was bad.  It was great.  It's just not the ending I was hoping for.
