@LBCanCook: Want some Crisco for your La-Z-Boy? That should help you squeeze out of it for those oh-so-arduous disc swaps.

@petethepanda: No, they think only people who play Halo buy 360s.

@BentWookie: I thought that's the reason they dumped online support for Xbox originals! What's the hold up?

Let me add to this:

@TomXP411: You mean just like how we took everything from them? Oh wait, we're white and it happened a hundred years ago, so that makes it okay!

@ngallion: You guys should try reading Gawker's flagship blog sometime.

So, how's that ThinkPad Edge 0199-23U? Anyone have any thoughts on it, or how the Turion II processor stacks up with Intel's offerings?

When did the Angry Video Game Nerd start writing for Gizmodo, anyway?

@norazi: Not Xbox... a box. They have the approximate processing power of the cardboard box they're shipped inside.

@enlight10ment: It just makes me think of that ridiculous news aggregate site.

Way to go, FCC. You dragged your feet on net neutrality and this is what happens... WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT NET NEUTRALITY ADVOCATES TOLD YOU WOULD HAPPEN. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to feed a boot into Julius Genachowski's ass.

@npeffer: There seems to be a link between intelligence and reproductive capability. Look at the smartest animals on the planet... ourselves, whales, dolphins, the great apes. They generally produce small litters of offspring; one or possibly two at a time. Now look at the least intelligent creatures, invertebrates

@bobofish: If you're talking about not having kids, I'm way ahead of you.

@Ooglez: Well there's another question. Do we really need smarter humans? Haven't we done enough damage with the intelligence we already have?

@genesic: Oh no, she's plenty crazy. Master-haters be hatin'.

These scientists need to think of the big picture. Mice are part of an ecosystem, with many creatures (cats, hawks, etc.) depending on them for food. Their high reproductive output and tiny brains keep those other animals well fed. What happens when you make them smart enough to avoid predators while keeping their
