That one part of The Great Destroyer where his voice suddenly loses the distortion as he says the title still makes the hairs stand up on my neck when listening loud on headphones. So good!

I like that it is sort of a theme album. Gives it a more cohesive feel than most of his other albums (which are also great).

I'm a man and I don't think I would have done anything differently in your situation. Sorry!

The post script on Patricia's article was lame. She said "(Update: full disclosure...Love and I are friends.)" when an earlier tweet had said they had dated. That isn't full disclosure. This, in my mind is the most important point so far in this whole thing. Added after the fact is one thing, but it wasn't even honest

That would be why I was so turned off by the demo for whatever FF it was years ago where there were unskippable 30 second summons every 31 seconds. Too much grandstanding for me, just came off as adolescent after the first few times.

This is why I never finished it. Because I was really bored by the end of chapter 3 and everyone says the groundhog stuff was the BAD bit. Other than Edea's character, they were all really one note to me. Plug a hole, find a crystal, stare at some girls. Meh.

*cough* 6 hours playtime *cough*.

Arc... I know you said you played it on your phone too, but 6 hours isn't enough to scratch the surface of a roguelike like that. It's such a perfect game, especially now after the free update perhaps 4 months ago.

And Straw, have you played Don't Starve? Brilliant game, though honestly

Cool. I thought it seemed like you would. :)

As for the Witcher, I really liked the way it handled potions. In most RPGs I barely ever use buffs or debuffs because they usually give you a rather trivial, somewhat intangible bonus for a usually rather short period of time. It often seems you can just do a quicker job

Oh right, scratch my Dark Souls recommendation then. ;)

Have you played Dark Souls? It sounds like something you would really like... if you give it enough time that is. The plot is pretty obtuse but after you spend enough time in the world you can piece it together. The complex, thoughtful combat system is there is spades too.

Fez was pretty great. I get the impression that you like epics. That means scale and scope and game length. That wouldn't have worked with Fez, it was just long enough to not outstay it's welcome. I guess I am saying "size isn't everything".

All for one and one for all!

That makes sense! I'm sure I could twist it round somehow (because hey, it's art) but that would be disingenuous of my original reading, so I will just say thanks for teaching me! :)

I haven't ungreyed the picture but I can still see it/ know what it is!

That sounds possibly more convincing. Especially the Amazon bit. The legal stuff sounds plausible.
Funny that they list game as having the Master Ch(i)ef Collection included too. I guess that is down to Game and not MS(?) but it smells of trying to rub stuff in Sony's face a bit!

Tell that to the people who tried to copyright "Saga".

Go on. I'm listening.

I agree there could be some loophole. I am just not quick to say "ok that isn't an advert" just because it says so.

As the fragrance doesn't exist it looks hard to defend. Even if it did exist you could try and argue some "reasonable person could be confused" thing I think? I guess we will possibly find out if Activision or MS respond.

Shhh! We are supposed to! You are going to blow our cover as refined gents with monocoles and top hats!
