I have no idea. Did the mockumentary's idea receive backlash or did the film itself get mixed reviews?

I 100% agree that these dudes have a bad track record with black characters and representation. I guess I'm being sorta contrarian though I am mainly curious, but is there any way this show idea would not meet such backlash, like if its creators were black? Or is the idea in and of itself just taboo, regardless of

Even the dang ol' Clintons used this labor in the governor mansion!

If there's one person i can trust with hoofing something genuinely funny, it's TJ Miller, who stars in the uproariously funny Emoji movie coming soon.

Jon Bernthal has always been my favorite Batman

I think I've broken my curse. I haven't seen Wonder Woman and Spiderman despite wanting to. Maybe I won't continue to contribute to mediocre films merely because they're in the super hero genre.

Man, I was (still am, whatever) a huge loser in high school and Linkin Park really helped me work out teenage angst listening to Hybrid Theory. Terrible news. Best to his family.

Man, I love X-Files and even love Reyes and Doggett, but I wasn't even able to finish s.10 before it was taken off Hulu and other services. If you're only making a 6 episode revival but just 1 of the 6 is good, maybe it's time to do something different (or stop)?

it's too damn hot to run

Ya, like there are definitely acts within the movies that are really well done and entertaining, but as a whole most of the movies drag so much at times that I rarely have a desire to watch them more than once.

I agree

Demi is my favorite twitter follow. Good guy all around.

Ya hopefully after this he'll start getting some larger film roles. As of now his only real film I can think of is the Great Wall.

At first I thought you were wrong but ya the actual Red Band has a few 'fucks' and shows the magic lasso cutting the dude in half.

I saw Showalter and JDR's tweets yesterday and thought the same thing

For Our Consideration: both films suck ass

I'm sure. I saw angry reactions to new Ghostbusters without looking for it, but I haven't seen any angry reactions to this, just reactions to said anger like here. Granted I haven't searched it out.

It's still strange to me that people are actually upset by this. Like, *are* people actually upset by this or is this a tail wagging the dog siutation?

I didn't realize that was green screen. I guess I was too riveted by the great acting. EDIT: trying to remember the Room is difficult, because every time my friends and I watch is after pounding beers for a few hours and it's like 1-2 am.
