Other than the William/MiB reveal with the hat transition a la Indiana Jones, I thoroughly enjoyed this episode. I mean, for the most part all the strings came to solid end points (though not conclusions), and a few new mysteries came out that weren't per se urgent so could take next season to explore. That's good

I think you mean "MAY I RIP OFF YOUR HEAD AND SHIT DOWN YOUR NECK"

I typed it in a pleasing, gentle way, friendo.

I wish you'd quit commenting.

Speaking of, did Michael Keaton disappear from like 10 years then just decide to come back?

I haven't kept up with FF for the last few installments - has there ever been cars in previous games?

It's been so long since we've heard "Kyle's mom's a bitch"

This has been an off-and-on season with this episode as the definite low episode. The whole troll storyline has had some moments but overall as a plot it's not working. Memberberries were the A story with Mr. Garrison in second, and with them pushed to he background this episode suffered. Like the reviewer I didn't

I would totally watch it, though not in the same way

"Next week on Westworld…you know her as the mom from tv's Malcolm in the Middle and The Middle, actor Patricia Heaton visits the park!" [live studio audience politely applauds]

Ya I would have assumed as much, just the convo right before the memory or whatever freezes is about 2 hosts having interactions to develop their personalities. Like, "oh they could be talking about themselves and not realizing it" rather than just referencing Bernard without realizing it.

Ya I couldn't tell. Like, Theresa and Bernard are talking about how hosts have real conversations to improve their conceptions of self then her motor functions freeze, at least in his dream.

So Bernard's "flashbacks" seemed to suggest Theresa is also robot? Or did I misread that? Also, I'm sure this has been discussed ad nauseam elsewhere, but the whole "maze" thing seems like just Arnold's code to help the machines achieve freedom.

"Ber-nid" is how Maeve said it, which I noticed too with Hopkins and her both having some sort of UK accent.

Ya man. I'm real sad about the state of the country. Trying not to become apathetic has been the hardest part of the last few weeks. Trying to discuss Trump with Trump voting family these last few days has been shit. "Well, I know he's said a lot of bad things, but…" has been the usual refrain. Fuck.

Oh, not worried about Trump?! Typical white male!

Gender is weird. Like I was in undergrad 10 years ago the big thing was "gender is a social construct". That line of thinking has been abandoned (mostly?) and it's now considered by some to be a biological process. A large portion of the US - I wouldn't doubt a majority - don't even know about the

The problem with the ACA is it helps out people making less than $40k per year but makes things more expensive (a lot) for people making over $40k without employer coverage. It has a lot of good parts but it's not too difficult to see why it's unpopular, even apart from all the GOP propaganda.

Similarly, the response would be the same as (c) above. They'd bring up middle east wars supported by Clinton to respond to Trump's rhetoric/shittiness involving muslims, bring up Clinton's rhetoric on deportation including children and unspecified "dangerous" undocumented immigrants. Not much on torture.

watching them now is funny considering how old all the "kids" look
