That's the best thing about Brian and Stewie…they're the only two who make solidly good episodes anymore

That's why Brian and Stewie are so vital, putting peter's stupidity into perspective.

Brian and Stewie are genuinely the only characters who create good episodes anymore.

Yes people still watch this show! Millions of them every week. It makes people laugh, what's wrong with that? It uses random humor, just like the great Monty Python once did. It's hilarious and provides endless opportunities for jokes.

Rick and Morty?? What is that? Haha

I've never even heard of Rick and Morty, so that puts that into perspective.

Well "a blessing" as in, a relief, or great moment. Brian and Stewie make this show great. Whenever a good Family Guy episode is made nowadays, it's basically an episode of "The Brian and Stewie show"

Vinny will probably reappear at some point, but only as an occasional, secondary character. To be honest, I don't think the show can survive any extended periods of time without Brian and Stewie tgoether, so I'm glad he's back.

Brian and Stewie are the only interesting great characters left! Whilst Vinny was okay, he was no Brian!

Brian's presence over the last 14 years and how popular he is, and the tearful way he died, meant that every true FamilyGuy fan was desperate for him to return ASAP!

It still proved how vital and popular brian is

The way this episode began, made it seem like that "one thing Stewie wanted for Christmas" was the stupid carnival. I was prepared to be very disappointed; but then that moment when he looked at the family, and it zoomed in on the empty space beside them, I was joyful!

Two of the last three episodes have been genuinely awesome. Not perfect, but good storylines, and good laughs. Brian and Stewie carry this show though, so it's a blessing to see them back together.

A whole season without Brian, are you mad? The last episode (Into Harmony's Way) was starved of a sub-plot, something that Stewie and Brian do so well. The show can't survive a whole season without Brian.

That's the general mentality of most fans about the whole show.

The world isn't any better off for it, but the show is. And a show as popular as Family Guy, appeals to so many people, that makes a slight difference to the way people feel. You watch Family Guy for laughs and familiarity, and it was heavenly to see Brian and Stewie sat next to each other again, at the end.

Any Brian and Stewie spin-off would be an instant win!!! They're such strong characters.

The best part of this episode was when Brian could be seen on the photo in the kitchen. It's nice to see that he isn't completely forgotten. Other than that, it was a pretty mediocre 20 minutes. I don't see how Vinny can become anything more than a stereotypical Italian-American B-character. Disappointing. Hopefully
