for the record I don’t think the US is doing it completely right, haha. For sure Canada is likely doing it bette. Just that I see the value in keeping small businesses floating, instead of letting them all shutter and having to wait 5-10 years for those jobs to fully appear again.

yeah, exactly.

you’re right, I was playing a bit loose with that term, I more meant that I think that’s why people have a reaction against it. It is definitely more direct than what classic “trickle down” means.

the problem with that, though, is that if the money doesn’t go to small businesses, most of them will have to close shop and a lot of the jobs are lost forever.

for the record, I don’t like her and agree she’s too rich for her own good,

Even writing this post is difficult; in writing about the spectacle of Kanye West, this piece, in turn, legitimizes that spectacle”

no way! those cabinets are highly covetable

haha no I’m thinking of the drive-in... I worked there! You definitely COULD watch it in your car and yeah it’s on an AM station, but the majority of people would bring chairs and watch it with the car flipped around (trunk facing screen). Maybe that’s regional specific or something?

well, it’s easy to compete with drive-in theaters cause they only operate in warm weather. Especially since a lot of people get out of their cars to watch the movie...

considering how much I enjoy going to the movies, I’m surprised I never went more often. I probably averaged once every three months. My issue is usually that by the time I get around to seeing a movie I want to see, it’s months later and it’s been out of theaters for half a year :/

I feel like I don’t understand... this exam? Like even if you allowed everyone a tiny cheat sheet would it really help?? I feel like cheat sheets were only useful for the math equations I couldn’t commit to memory. They were never useful for classes where I had to know 100,000 facts...

craigslist personals - omg I’m shocked you’re still unmurdered and among us haha!

my first thought actually was “maybe they’re just reporting them because they assume famous people = not real ???” - if that’s the case though, I would want to hear from famous cis people that they had the same experience

“just joshin around, bro, just joshin

he killed puppies??? I definitely forgot that part.

Aaron Carter represents a truth about my life, on a large scale.

There is a point in a baby’s development when the infant inevitably realizes that the volume and timbre of their voice can noticeably affect surrounding people, that shrieks cause wincing and sometimes earn them attention. This realization is both necessary for babies and horrible for adults.

ooo. I’m interested in listening because their coverage didn’t seem nice to me lol. Also hard agree that he’s still alive. Definitely someone I would begrudgingly call a criminal mastermind (to some degree) since it did seem to work out in his favor...

LMAO I thought she was going to be complaining about being “cancelled” for getting away with her white collared crime
