I guess that’s true to an extent but if you’re in an area that’s becoming more expensive (which is typically tied to inflation to an extent) they’re going to pay more in taxes everytime their property is assessed

how does paying off their debt make the price go down ? It doesn’t go down until they completely pay off the debt and have no mortgage.

agreed, yeah, it would need its own section or something. But the entire website is not set up to really hawk clothing well so it does seem like a stretch.
