To clear up confusion, a money dance usually means that a guest gives the bride or groom cash, sometimes $1, sometimes $100, to dance with them for a a minute or two. It’s actually not creepy, and as I described above, can actually be really heartfelt.

It is a tradition in some cultures and/or areas. It’s actually not gross at all and tends to allow the bride and groom to share a brief one on one moment with their guests. At my friends wedding in the fall, I gladly slipped her a $20 and danced with her for half a song.

You do realize that immigrants are being warehoused in private detention centers. Immigrants have been denied health care, sexually assaulted, and some have died.
