Banjo-Kazooie had a lot of these anoying Easter eggs. In addition to the Ice Key and Eggs, they had the fabled Lava World, the two locked doors at the top of the tower, the picture of Banjo in Fungi Forrest, and the fact that at the end of the game you were left with two Jiggies that you couldn’t do anything with.
