I wish I had more counter space. When the dish drainer is out, I’m left with about 6 square feet of usable space, although it’s in an “L” shape. It’s fine when it’s just me cooking, but when my daughter helps, it gets tight.

If you do go to Chuy’s, you have to ask for the creamy jalapeño when your chips arrive. Sooo good.
