I’d add the most men don’t need antiperspirants. Deodorants work just fine. It took me YEARS to realize excess perspiration I experienced was actually due to irritation from the aluminum in antiperspirants. Switched to Speed Stick regular and I’ve been dry ever since.

Personally, I think my socialised healthcare, my overall high level of safety, and my friends are the best part of Japan, but YKMV (your kilometerage may vary, Japan doesn't have miles).
