Estimates are that 1-4 out of a 100 people are sociopaths. They may actually be incapable or feeling remorse, guilt or empathy. Obviously there are degress to sociopathic behavior but this guy clearly seems to be one of the special ones.

I’m going to guess he was never had any. Either by biological defect or a complete failure on his parents part.

I’m not a Republican, but I think it’s absolutely sad that you can call these people (who you’ve never met or spoken to and don’t know anything about their personal lives) such harsh names because you disagree with some of their positions. It’s public shaming 101.
