I found this a few times in Oklahoma. It’s like there’s a concerted effort being made to keep people buying gasoline.

The automatics in these are to be avoided at all costs. CP all the way.

Nah. My point is that there’s no situation encountered by USPS carriers so unique that their needs can’t be accommodated by an existing vehicle. USPS is going to pay too much for a vehicle because of hubris.

Bought.

In Canada, they tried to figure out what could be used. In the US, we can’t be constrained by such pedestrian logic.

Friends who’ve put on a relatively primitive GM TBI in place of the 2bl Ford carb that’s standard see high teens numbers. High teens are also seen from friends that’ve swapped in a 5 speed manual.

Kinda like I felt back in the day as, at 6'2", the second shortest guy in my circle of friends. As for the rest of them, one was 6'4", one was 6'5", two were 6'6", and the tallest was 6'8". The shortest guy was 5'2" and his comment was “Why should it bother me? Most people are taller.”

I agree. No single sport works all the muscles consistently and does cardio too. My things are hiking and skiing, and I really only got back to going to the gym regularly because I realized that I’d have more fun and less risk of injury if I were in better all-around shape.

I will say I’ve had a variety of different gym experiences as I’ve moved around the country. The good news is that the couple of times I’ve found myself at a douche-bro gym, it’s been pretty easy to get a refund and move to another gym.

When the Chevy Volt was first announced, the very first thing I thought was that a rotary would be the perfect range extender.

I hear what you’re saying, but I think you’re comparing apples and pineapples...the only thing they really have in common is that they’re mid-market, European designed, station wagons.

Sadly, too many people who this car would be a great fit for will say dumb things like “My grandfather had a Buick and said I should I never get one.” and “I want an SUV because I want people to think I’m a lumberjack.”.

Well, with 40 million people, that’s hardly surprising.

In 2017, GM sold 217,000 Sierras. If each Sierra gets 0.15% better fuel economy because of a 62 lb weight savings, the fleet economy number will improve fairly meaningfully.

It seems like all T3s are getting crazy money anymore.

My dad worked for GM back in the day, so I can recall the Kadetts, LeSabres, and Cutlesses fine. The one I’ll not forget was the 1985 Pontiac 6000 STE. What an awesome exercise in not giving a fuck what the suits said that was.

If they sell booze, they’re a bar. Honestly, the women and song are secondary.

Really? Well, he’d need room for the hat. And because he’s human, he’d naturally gravitate towards something created in his honor.

Until this article, good luck finding a gubmint employee equipped to call bullshit on your claim that it’s a kit car.

I can imagine a beast like this wouldn’t come cheap, but for what I’d imagine is similar money, I’d rather have this than a Ferrari.
