I think it's close to 40 years old. 😱

What do you think will happen to the economy when these people retire with barely a dime to their name?
Boom. Exactly.
His shitty options are of his own making. He didn’t need an unreliable $20k BMW. He didn’t need a $35k gas guzzling Charger. A Toyota Camry, Ford Edge, Honda Accord, etc. would all have been much better option. Lower insurance, lower running costs, and likely more reliable.
My father had a 1990 f150 with that engine. Didn’t get totaled, but he pretty much overloaded it and drive it almost into the grave. Was leaking/burning copious oil. Well over 200k miles.
Ford 4.0v6? It seems that the 4.9 I6 gets more praise than the 4 liter.
I believe the ford inline 6 you are referring to is the 4.9l.
Since most residential houses in the US have two legs of 110, back feeding your entire house via 110 would require two back feeding cables into each circuit.
I think the Fusion Sport with the 2.7 TT or the Lincoln MKC with the 3.0 TT would be excellent recommendations too. Both are standard with AWD, and should be easily available for under 35k with very reasonable miles, especially the Fusion.
It’s supposed to prevent soot from building up on the tips.
They are definitely good looking vehicles. But there is always that little voice in the back of my brain reminding me of their reputation for dubious reliability.
I know car prices are all sorts of stupid right now, but that’s way to many miles on a Chrysler product for $4500.
I don’t the 2.3 had been out that much longer than the RS. I believe it debuted in the 2015 MKC, then on the mustang shortly thereafter. Also, I seem to remember that the RS 2.3 had somee pretty significant upgrades over what was offered in the Lincoln and Mustang.
Uhh, unless I’m terribly mistaken, Ford does not currently nor have they ever sold a Mustang with the 2.7 ecoboost.
I like to use zip lock bags and use a sharpie to label them.
Damn, you're old.
Right? I think my last auto loan on my ‘13 Fusion I bought over 8 years ago was 2.9%.
Or Maverick RS.....
I also prefer the pre facelifted model, kinda of makes me think of a contemporary Jaguar XJ. That said, I still think this one isn’t a bad price.
But isn’t New Jersey Leather made from the finest rat skin?
