Giving more electoral votes won’t help much if at all. The problem, as it’s currently set up, is the winner take all system which allows someone to win the presidency without the consent of the people.

Whenever anyone suggests that some woman accused a famous guy of sexual misconduct for the fame, I point out that the first line of Monica Lewinsky’s obituary is going to be about how she sucked the president’s dick as a 20 something.  No one wants that to be what they’re known for. 

The guy running the scam said that one of the kids emailed him saying “Maybe I should take the SATs again.  I did pretty good the first time and maybe I can do better if I try again”.  He couldn’t tell this poor kid that they had done so well because they had someone correct their answers.

There’s no evidence. In fact, Jim Trainum, the cop who Serial had look at the case (and who has made a career out of cases where people were railroaded) says that the cops here were more thorough than most.

And Jay knew where Hae’s car was.  So, to me, there’s only three possibilities: Adnan killed Hae, Jay killed Hae, or someone else who Jay knows killed Hae (and clued him in on where the car was).
