Why Inhumans? A.) Marvel didn’t have rights to mutants at that point. B.) Perlmutter.

Some weird multiverse vampire dudes were killing off Spider-heroes from across the Marvel multiverse to feed on their Spider-energy (or some nonsense). So Spider-heros from across the Marvel Multiverse banded together to fight them.

He’s not really cosmic level, but he’s well aware of alternate universe Spiders, some of whom are Peter Parker and others who aren’t. Basically this storyline is a sequel to Spider-Verse, in which a family of unstoppable vampiric beings who feed exclusively on the life force of “Spider-Totems” starts a grand hunt of

STOP GIVING THEM IDEAS

Erg is a character from the comics that appeared in early X-Factor issues.  He’s a Morlock that can emit energy beam from his hands.  I like that they used an actual character from the comics how is a Morlock.

Yes, except the Morlocks and their sewer realm pre-date Futurama by at least a decade or so.

I’ll laugh my ass off if at the end of the trailer, it just says Untitled Avengers Sequel.

I had never seen Jessica Parker Kennedy before her appearances on The Flash, and after the season ended I thought “Cool, should be fun, and she looks like she could theoretically be a product of Barry and Iris”. It seemed cute and cheeky.

She’s even been in DC based CW before. She played Plastique on Smallville.

Oh Dear God, if I ever get to see that helmet on my nearest multiplex I am going to have a heart attack/blast!

Seriously. Hell, DC should put Jenkins and Gunn over the DCCU as their version of the Russos.

I just call it the Hulk factor. It was established early that not only was the Hulk super-strong, but his skin, bones, muscles, lungs, and everything else (in other words, his actual cellular structure) were also super-strong and much denser, granting him a degree of invulnerability. I think the same thing is true of
