Hooray Nyssa! Murfer Barrowman in the face!

I need more of this in my life.

I miss Legion... I’d read a comic with a team composed of the overpowered sons and daughters of the marvel universe .

Eh. I don’t hate the Punisher and it’s a good fit with the rest, but there are at least a half dozen other characters I’d prefer first (such as Moon Knight, or Cloak and Dagger. Ghost Rider.).

In any sane universe, the Punisher would be a villain, not a hero. The fact that he straight up murders people, and not only gets away with it but is considered a hero, bugs the shit out of me.

What was that “true” comment even about? Is it because the rest of his adaptations have been so faithful and had his input?

Science... by way of magical superpowers that allow people to shape whole universes like actual Gods.

In that regard, it succeeded brilliantly.

Secret Wars is probably the best event in years, and I didn’t even read the main story. But the Battleworld concept meant that they let the writers go free and do whatever crazy concept they could come up with. The results are a plethora of Elseworlds tales that mostly stand alone. So just find a concept you find

Think of it this way: Everyone involved is FREE. They can hopefully go on to succeed at stuff.

Nope. Very disappointing.

I like the idea of them doing a bunch of short series of minor DC characters all in a shared Universe. That could be easier to maintain longterm than a saturation of series no one wants to watch more than 6 episodes of.

I hope they do it like ABC does Agent Carter: a shortened series to plug into the midwinter season. That would be perfect, ‘cause honestly I don’t see Vixen carrying a full season.

I think one of the problems with Heroes Reborn is that it brought Heroes back after all of the above shows followed what Heroes Season 1 built on and did it better.

It’s in everybody’s mind.

There’s always a chance at Marvel that you can see anything. But there, uh, let’s say—there is no Red Hulk in ‘Civil War.’

Batman has a higher Mary Sue quotient than Wonder Woman.

My friend argued that this is actually a middle finger and not a thumb’s up, which would make slightly more sense in the scene, and ever since I’ve enjoyed it a lot more.

Ooo good point! And if they could have had a like a little nod or moment or something there on screen to allude to their stints as the Human Torch that’d be even better.
