Hmmm. Mixed feelings about this. If it's a superhero show, I want to see superpowers. Even if they're science armor powers, that's better than wearing fetish gear and running around looking for EVILDOERS on the sidewalks and back alleys.

Now I want a Portal cartoon.

Not to pick nits, but it's facial cues that people pick up. Not queues. #corrections

I think "hipster" is sort of stretching it for a lot of these. But the definition of "hipster" may well be different East Coast to West.

No, yeah — I understand that. But I would expect that if they do accept the book, that they would take an editorial pass at it.

I must remember to take advantage of this. If I'm very, very lucky, they'll even read it.

But trekking into darkness is what stars DO.

You say that like it's a bad thing. I'd love to get paid to read old comics.

Welp, to each his own. Brick has plenty of flaws, but to me its characters, acting, dialogue and premise overshadow them.

Have you not seen Brick?

Well, okay. As it happens, I don't want the DVD because of these videos. I want the DVD because Avengers.

I'd watch that.

No, it is certainly not just you.

So much win.

One of the few films I know I'll tear myself away from my Avengers DVD to go out and watch in the theatre. Looking forward to it!

No, they don't ONLY kill their future selves. It's killing their future selves is when they get to retire. Until then, they kill whoever gets punted at them.

Great article! Sooooo can't wait to get the DVD.

This is awesome! Comic artists seriously need to start drawing like this. They used to do Wolverine sorta that way, but after the 90s everyone had to have stupidly defined musculature.

LMFAO

I see how one can feel this way, and I love how you expressed the notion — very funny rant.
