Am I the only one who is really glad they didn't go with "MIIIB"?

Other people have those initials. Hell, I have those initials. Unless there's something my mom forgot to tell me about the circumstances of my conception (and I've maintained that the less I know about that, the happier I'll be, so it's not unlikely) AND I've been criminally underachieving, I'm gonna go on a limb and

That was just awesome to watch. I don't care about the greater ramifications. That beat the shit out of anything I've seen Spider-Man do on the big screen. Shame "Gibbon-Man" lacks a certain je ne sais quoi.

Yeah, I can't argue with that; the whole "in love with the Doctor" thing is getting old. Although with Pond it seems markedly different (and not just because of Rory).

I would LOVE to see Sophia Myles return (hopefully as the same character) to Who. Even as a one-shot, but as a companion would be even better. And I've said it many times, that she would make a uniquely cool companion, because she's not contemporary and that would add whole new layers of possible stories.

I just stopped by to say that lady in the photo has gorgeous eyes and who is she? She looks familiar.

Oh, I definitely would live there. Especially after they relocated to Key West.

Be warned: They are VERY punny. But sometimes profoundly moving as well.

I'm honestly kind of shocked that a list of sci-fi bars doesn't include Callahans' Crosstime Saloon.

Don't mock. Inner-ear problems are no fun. #semisnark

If you weren't already hearted, you would've been for that.

I know, I feel the same way about this. As presented, their premise makes absolutely no sense if you think about it for more than 5 seconds.

You're right. And while it was a good idea, they could've stood to develop her a little more just so it wasn't so blatant. It's a short movie; it's not like they didn't have the time. On the other hand though, life happens and not all of it is in focus. So in that sense it seemed to me that it wasn't entirely

I kind of had the same thought, actually.

I just saw this tonight and I really enjoyed it a lot. I have to agree with you on some of these points, Charlie Jane. Especially just the fact that it did feel real — while they explored how different people handle power, it also felt natural that each would react as they did. I never felt like anything was

Incidentally: Is it just me, or did those shots of the bad guys jumping look a lot like Frost Giants?

All I'm gonna say is: May cannot come soon enough.

You win Internets.

Yes, I had a similar thought. I have a deep, abiding and probably misplaced love for grunge titles (including fonts), as exemplified by the opening to Se7en. Watching the above film ironically made me miss the 90s.

Ah! That makes sense now. Thanks!
