I always wanted to love Vonnegut, but I've never been grabbed by any of his books I've found so far. To the point where I set them aside unfinished — and that is extremely rare for me. Probably I just haven't picked up the right one yet.

@naru: He wins the rights to do it IN a chess game. Not as.
@Andy Neil: BA HA HA HA HA HA. Well played, sir. Well played.
@Hamslicer: I don't know what it's called, but the words "Detachable Penis" get used a lot. And from what little I can hear of it, it is hilarious.
@Belabras: That's why it's a safe bet. :D
@Annalee Newitz: Yeah, but no I meant like, now. Not half a century down the road.
Fifty bucks says someone's going to use this to try to gull people into believing they can buy themselves a vat-grown penis.
@farcedude: Well, that's why I'm saying set it well down the road. Hell, have it only tangentially involve the original characters. Not logging onto FB at work. Somehow I get away with io9. I'd rather not push it.
@CoffinDodger (If the typos crap. Blame my keyboard): BA HA HA HA HA HA HA

Just a thought here; I'm not a hard-core Star Wars guy. But my understanding was only Jedi/Sith had/could use light sabres? Soooooo... couldn't their workability in defiance of the laws of physics be an outgrowth of Force powers?
Yeah I'm not going to look too deeply because I want this film as unspoiled as possible. It looks amazing though, lots of good actors and other talent involved, and I'm really looking forward to seeing it. Which I plan to do on opening night.
@Magnetar_Melon: When you say "200 million", are you using the British or American "million"? Because this figure you're throwing around confuses me somewhat. (I'm a smart guy but numbers are my BANE, no messing.)
@Pam Blome: I actually liked Moonlight as well. It didn't launch savage attacks on my intelligence on a regular basis. Alas, if it were coming out now, I doubt I'd give it a chance. I've definitely reached saturation on this particular creature.
