He was driving drunk and killed a guy, but got off because the pedestrian wasn’t in a crosswalk. That’s no less ridiculous than this guy shooting an unarmed man in the street and claiming self defense.

Probably has something to do with Louisiana’s self defense laws... Remember, Donte Stallworth would be serving time for killing a guy in most states, but walked because of how Florida’s laws were written.
