Personally, I never played MGS3 on a CRT. LCD TV’s started getting a lot cheaper in 2005, and that’s when my dad bought MGS3, so we were alternating between a projector and an unnecessarily heavy 32" HP LCD TV. I ended up saving money from mowing lawns to get Subsistence, which had progressive scan. 

Konami gonna Konami, know what I mean? They only care about making a buck, as they’ve demonstrated countless times with this beloved franchise. Maybe we’ll get a pachinko game that runs at 60fps.

I’m conflicted on the Cher news. On one hand, she gives zero fucks and probably would own up to it. But also she gives zero fucks and would probably easily lie to the media.

You can’t kidnap people, even if it’s for a good cause. He gets to decide if he wants to be in treatment unless he’s a danger to himself or others.

I wish people could be taken into treatment in less dire situations. I called 911 for a homeless woman with an obvious foot infection who was getting wet from sprinklers…
