Yeah, well. My friends and I share single-player games all the time especially older titles that we can't find anywhere cheap. This is alittle disheartening if it's completely true, but I do feel the backlash from such a thing would not only cripple MS's standing with consumers, but also game studios.
I'm sure there's better ways of doing those things...

Exactly, part of Guilty Gears's charm is it's over the top aesthetics, but things like that change over time with studio changes, development needs and player demographic. At this point, things like design shouldn't anyone's concern, it should be the game's functionality.

They're cheap, reliable and most importantly widely available. Not only that but Tippmann gives out big discounts to ranges that purchase in bulk. One of the field near where I live has an stock of about 30-40 of them. All purchased for about 1500. Considering each normally costs about 200; that's quite a steal.
