Actually, it wasn't some much cancelled as had run it's course. The series ended with a 2-part special with Chowder growing up. The studio knowing it wasn't going to be renewed for a new season decided to let to show die peacefully with a controlled and happy ending. And boy, was it a good one.
Also this is set in the Revolutionary War, most guns only had a shot before being turned into a melee weapon; So expect ALOT of fisticuffs. And not just the sword fighting kind, the I'm gonna break your head open with the butt-end of my gun kind!

This is all good and everything... but have they announced anything about the multiplayer, or for that matter the creation kit for it? I enjoyed the slow pace of FC2 for the single player as it really tied everything well together, but that same pace really dragged in the online. Details coming soon?
