@Najaf: Not necessarily, remember back in the original launch some titles like Condemned, they didn't give out the full 1000g they could have. Same goes for some of the stand alone expansions like the ones for Rock Band, only having 250g in each pack.

I do find it quite ironic how something like this slipped through quality control, but I'll leave the negative commments about the Wii to someone else today. Just doesn't seem worth it.

@TRT-X: Well, they regularly update the console with new things, so my guess is that it becomes loaded for everyone, but only available to the people that buy it. Think like EA's bad unlock everything for 5 dollars deal.
