I like the leather boot on my s2000 but would prefer it to be gated. I keep looking at ways to do it but all would require a lot of engineering and I can’t see how to get it in without raising it up by at least an inch or two... and losing the precision and feel of the stock shifter.
Were it a David Tracy special, the undercarriage would have simply disconnected from the cabin and the driver would have coasted to safely unharmed.

CT built a busway.... using normal paving and just made the route exclusive to buses. People that use it seem to love it. The random car that tries to drive it... not so much.

It’s crazy. The husband of a former coworker is DELIGHTED over brexit. He’s also an overt racist and mourns the London of his youth (which I suspect was tremendously more diverse than he recalls). He mourns it vocally and to any minority he sees there. It’s repugnant.
