I’ve been going off about this a lot lately - love that you wrote this since a lot of people seem to think it’s a Good Thing (I DO NOT UNDERSTAND).

2006 S2000... everything I’ve read (including from mechanics who rebuild the transmissions) said skipping gears is mildly bad. Something about the transmission synchros maybe?

I vote with my wallet on a lot of things. I won’t eat there specifically because of their views. Similar reaction to many strongly religious places. I simply don’t want to give the owners of those places more money to deepen what I perceive as societal problems.

Pickups are just getting uglier and uglier. I do like the side step, though.

The fact that low voter turnout could lead to the justice remaining on the bench should outrage us for another reason: FUCKING VOTE. So many people only bother to vote in “big” elections and it directly leads to a lot of this stuff.
