To be fair, she was asked about Gatlin and stuck to her position. I believe the British team has (or at least had) a rule giving dopers a lifetime ban from Olympic teams so it has been done before.

Both the BBC and CBC have four hour shows dedicated to the ceremony so I would think both have the full thing. Always worth noting that BBC has no commercials.
