ugh I hear ya. I’ve lived in NYC all my life as well and I sometime still have to read the parking times and rules sign for about 5 minutes before i can decipher it. Its purposefully designed to be confusing to most people. Its a scam.

The 2nd gen mr2 is actually very reliable! I have a turbo with 110k on the odometer and with regular maintenance they can go beyond 200k if you keep them bone stock (save for the power steering they do go bad frequently).
