The older you get, S-Video may be your best option, and if you have it on your TV, go for it as long as you don't have composite as an alternative.

I do not work with MY tablet but I regularly work with a pile of them.

I do compatibility assessment of apps and they need to be tested on as many different formats as possible.

But honestly, I prefer digital: less dead trees.
